Payment is due at the end of each session. You will receive an invoice that you can submit to your extended health care benefits provider, if you are covered. Payment can be provided through: Visa, Master Card, check, cash, or e-transfer.

How do i schedule/Cancel an appointment

If you would like to schedule an appointment you can either contact me through my "contact" page, said an e-mail directly to me at or call/text me at  (647) 799-3790 . Usually, it is easiest to reach me through e-mail as I can quickly respond even if I am between clients. I will provide you with a list of upcoming availability and will work with you to meet your scheduling needs.

I always text session confirmations to clients the day 1-2 days prior to our session. At that time you are welcome to let me know if we need to do anything to adjust our appointment day or time. I understand that life happens and it can sometimes be unpredictable!

If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know as soon as you know. If it is the day of and I am not able to readjust my schedule to fill the gap a $50 fee will be processed. If it is an ongoing occurrence policy states that I would need to charge the full session fee.
